Tasks & responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans and annual budgets for the Indonesian factory, with regular assessments to monitor and analyze performance against the budget.
Oversee daily operations in the finance, accounting, and tax departments. - Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, review, and verify financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash flow and allocate funds appropriately to support smooth business operations, based on the company’s financial status.
- Tax Planning: Stay updated on tax policies, regulations, and implementation guidelines; provide consultation and interpretation to ensure compliance. Develop tax strategies and oversee tax filing processes in alignment with company operations.
