Essential Functions
Finance:
Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage all aspects of AR, including communication with customers, handling sales invoices, and managing collections. Record sales and collections transactions, and send statements of accounts to customers to facilitate timely payments.
Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee AP processes, including communication with suppliers, managing supplier invoices and payments, and recording transactions. Validate Purchase Orders against received invoices to ensure accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in Oracle and Hyperion, and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages.
Tax Filings: Prepare and submit all tax filings, including Withholding Tax, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax, along with other local statutory requirements to relevant authorities.
