Freight Forwarding Senior Specialist
1. Track the progress of cargo transportation: monitor the transportation status of goods in real time to ensure that they arrive at their destination on time and deal with problems in transportation in a timely manner.
2. Coordinate transportation arrangements: Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses and other parties to arrange loading, unloading, storage and delivery to ensure a smooth logistics process.
3. Handling customs clearance matters: assisting in the customs declaration and customs clearance procedures of goods, preparing relevant documents to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.
4. Manage transportation costs: Calculate freight, storage fees, insurance premiums and other expenses, control transportation costs, and update quotations regularly.
5. Solve unexpected problems: deal with delays, damages, losses and other emergencies in transportation, and actively look for solutions to protect the interests of customers.
6. Customer Service Support: Answer customers’ questions about transportation, provide professional advice, maintain good customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Organize and archive documents: Responsible for the management and filing of transportation-related documents, including bills of lading, invoices, customs clearance documents, etc., to ensure the integrity of the information.
