- Should have a minimum 12 years’ of experience in similar position, preferably from the following industries: (a) banking; (b) FMCG; (c) Logistic; (d) Supply Chain, (e) International Retail and/ or Distribution company; and having a bachelor’s degree of Law from a highly reputable university. Holding a master degree from a highly reputable university will be an advantage.
- Expert in corporate law, intellectual property, international trade, retail, distributions, labor law and export-import proceedings. Excellent law knowledge in energy, mining and manufacturing; Fast learner and an agile leader.
- Fluent in english, the candidate’s english reading, writing, listening and speaking skills must be at an advanced level. The candidate must have a keen customer and business orientation without overshadowing the legal necessities.
- Candidate must be able to work under tight deadline while keeping a positive interpersonal skill, able to negotiate strategically, an effective communicator, and ultimately a conceptual thinking with an attention to details.
- Candidate also will be required to have and maintain his/ her active advocate license, preferably from PERADI.
