Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Staff Coordination: Oversee administrative staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and payroll; manage office expenses and supplies.
