- Support Senior Payroll Specialist to manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end close for compensation and benefit accounting, BPJS Health/Manpower contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly and annual employment taxes.
- This role involves liaison with payroll vendors, processing and reviewing payroll reports and performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage monthly, annual, and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions.
- Manage Statutory Financial Statement and Tax Authorities audits relating to payroll and employment tax processes.
- Support business process streamlining and re-engineering of work efficiency, improve governance and controls.
- Position requires strong collaboration and communication, working with cross functional teams to provide expertise on payroll matters.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree holder or higher degree holder preferably in Business Studies (Finance/Accounting).
- 4 years of payroll, employment tax, pension, and accounting experience .
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesia statutory regulations, employment ordinance and policies related to payroll.
- Experience in HRIS, payroll software solutions and Microsoft applications.
- Experience with implementation of payroll processes on an industry recognized payroll solution is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
