Keep updating the record for offshore personnel data base , by
maintaining the personnel data base, time schedule / rotation / assignment (Onshore-Offshore), certification
and other personnel data
Responsible for populating the crew matrix by obtaining all relevant personal, competency and mandatory
documentation.
Works with vessel managers / operation manager to ensure all crew member training and certification record
are accurate and updated
Working on the selecting and the recruitment on the offshore personnel for the review and approval by the
Operation /Manager/ Project Manager for hiring offshore personnel, as direct hire and/or the requirements through the 3 rd party crewing agency.
Coordinate for Preparing Personnel Requisition Form for new hiring offshore personnel, Co-ordinate with
Operation Diving & ROV Director / Vessel Asset management Director and Personnel Department to ensure
Personnel requisition form is signed / approved, insurance is covered and work permit/Employment Pass
Process (if required)
Negotiating the rate and establishes the offshore personnel contract (based on the higher level approval) for
potential crew.
Check and verify expense report for offshore personnel before final approval by Operation Diving & ROV
Director / Vessel Assets Management Director
Establishes and maintains specific training and qualification standard in alignment with domestic and
international standards, clients, associations, company flag, and port state control requirements.
Arrange the mobilization and demobilization of crew / Personnel in the efficient manner by maintaining
offshore schedule as per offshore / project / work requirements
Providing travel arrangement (on signer and off signer) offshore personnel / agent/third parties for travel
arrangement for mobilization/demobilization offshore personnel to be delivered to the project assigned during
transport to and from (vice versa) vessel including visa application, arranging meeting with personnel on airport
to collect passport/other document process of work permit etc. as required.
Arranges flights, visa requirements for Company Staffs.
Co-ordinate with Logistic Support Team to arrange accommodation for Personnel as and when operational
required.
