- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Min 2 years as Project Manager, preferably within power transfrmer or electrical industry
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools, such as PMI or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong technical knowledge of power transformers, including installation, testing, and maintenance practices
- String interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective, proactive relationships with customer, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- High attention to details in managing safety protocols, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
