Job Descriptions :

• Lead and manage a data analyst team
• Coordinate and oversee data analysis activities
• Identify data needs and develop analysis strategies
• Ensure data quality and accuracy
• Generate informative and comprehensive data reports and analyses
• Present data to stakeholders

job Requirements :

• Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field
• At least 1- 3 years of experience as a data analyst in the Call Center field, logistic and ecommerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Proficient in Chinese is preferred, English is also acceptable.
