You will be responsible for :
- Handling all matters relating to customers
- Helping to manage sales teams
- Handling sales invoices and sales administatrion (quotation)
- Collecting payment vouchers
- Checking the completeness of order input from customers
- Keeping sales records and customer data
- Handling orders both made via telephone and online orders, coordinating with the operations department to ensure that deliveries can be made on time
- Writing of minute of meeting for report administrartions
- Have Independent and self driven individual
