Job Description
1. Identify and monitor any malicious activities against the sellers. This will include investigate and resolve complex issues, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and proposing preventive measures to minimize risks.
2. Lead the development and implementation of policies and processes to ensure the protection of sellers is in place. Including safeguarding against fraudulent activities and maintaining a fair trading environment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Support, to enhance the overall seller protection framework and improve operational efficiency.
4. Develop and conduct training programs for internal teams on seller protection policies and best practices, ensuring a consistent understanding and application across the organization.
