General Requirements :

  • Male or Female, Indonesia Citizen (WNI)
  • Excellent health (both physically and mentally)
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills (other foreign language skills are preferred)
  • Service-oriented, committed, and experienced in direct interaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Must be enthusiastic and customer focused

Specific Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of working in a high-end setting like a 5 star hotel, restaurant or cruise liner
  • Should be bring expertise in preparing and presenting fine dining meals even under the contraints of an in flight environment
  • Minimum as Chef De Parties (CDP)
  • Internationally recognized chef Apprenticeship or Journeyman qualifications
  • Maximum age 39 years old
  • Minimum height 158 cm (Female) and 165 cm (Male), with propotional body weight and posture
  • Be flexible about work roaster that may vary to due to ever changing business needs and staffing situations
  • Maintain a high level of personnel hygiene and grooming at the all times
  • Willing to follow all stages of cabin crew recruitment seletion
