Technical Engineer
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having good knowledge in various IT technologies (server, external storage, various operating system and application, networking, etc.) is an advantage
- Having knowledge in Datacenter Products is a must
- Having IT certification is an advantage
- Having experience with servers and networks infrastructuresHaving experience with Linux
- Having good communication skill
- Fast learner and have attention to detail
- Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management
- Have good communication skill & good attitude
- Communicative in English (speaking & written)
- Able to work well in under pressure situation
- Can work individually and in a team
Responsibilities:
- Installation of data center hardware, software applications and facilities monitoring solutions
- Responsible for post-sales technical support and Project implementation.
- Support on project sizing and consultation
- Perform project implementation and documentations
- Repair, service and install IT equipment at site
