1. Coordinate with logistic team for delivery schedule from vendor to customer source,select and negotiate for the best purchase package with suppliers,especially for new chemical inquiry 

2.  Accustomed to processing import documents shipping documents BL , COO, Insurance , inv , packing  

     list ,COA
3. Create/check contract form/to customer/vendor 
4. Monitoring delivery to customer to be on time 
5. Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders
6. Provide all data requested by our technical sales  (quotation,sales contract,AR Balance. etc)
7. Maintianing customer relationship from management databases and responding to every customer
